// PageHearth is an offline habit and to-do app: you keep daily rituals and a list of errands, tend them as you go, and watch your streaks and heat map fill in.
[01] Information collected // inputs
None. There is no account and no sign-in, and the app never asks for your email, phone number, contacts or location. The display name you can set is optional, is only shown back to you, and never leaves the device.
[02] Local storage // on-device
Kept in a single SQLite database in the app's private storage, never uploaded:
- Rituals — title, note, icon, colour, shelf, weekly schedule and daily target.
- Tending history — which days each ritual was tended, how many times, and the hour of the first tending that day (used only for an early-riser laurel).
- Errands — title, optional note, optional due date, priority, and whether it is done.
- Laurels — which achievements you have earned and when.
- Your optional display name and chosen mark, plus the date you first opened the app.
- Preferences — board ordering, week start day, gentle-motion and carry-over toggles, your daily aim, and whether the introduction has been shown.
Uninstalling the app deletes every byte.
[03] Permissions // runtime
No runtime permissions are requested — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar or notifications. The Android manifest includes the install-time android.permission.INTERNET entry that ships with Flutter's standard project template; it is a normal permission that is never prompted for, and PageHearth makes no network requests with it.
[04] Network // egress
None. PageHearth contains no HTTP client, WebSocket, cloud database or remote configuration, and does not sync or phone home. The only outward action is user-initiated: Share PageHearth on the Chronicle screen opens your device's share sheet with a short line of text (including your current streak count). Whatever you do from there is handled by the app you pick.
[05] Third parties // vendors
None integrated: no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution or social login, and no in-app purchases. Dependencies are UI and local-storage libraries only — flutter_riverpod, sqflite, fl_chart, share_plus, confetti, flutter_animate, gap and intl. None of them transmit data.
[06] Children // coppa/gdpr-k
PageHearth collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). It has no ads, no purchases, no social features and no content visible to other people, so it is suitable for a general audience.
[07] Your rights // you
Everything is visible and editable inside the app: rituals in the Almanac, errands and history on Today, your name and mark on the Chronicle. Removing a ritual deletes its whole tending history; uninstalling removes the database and every preference. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to request from us and nothing we could hand to anyone else.
[08] Changes // changelog
If this policy changes, the updated field at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
